Dues include spouse and children under 25 in the same household

Recallable Membership

Initiation Fee: $6,000 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable)*
Dues: $575/month*

*Sterling Grove Memberships are limited. A recallable membership may be recalled by the Owner/Operator beginning in calendar year 2025 in order to offer the membership to a Sterling Grove Resident. Memberships are recalled on a first-in, last-out basis. Initiation fees are non-refundable. Non-residents who wish to become homeowners can apply their initiation fees towards a Resident Membership initiation fee based on the pricing at the time of conversion. Dues and Initiation Fees are subject to sales tax.
