Aqua Fit is an intense workout designed to keep you moving, low-impact, head-to-toe workout for beginners or seasoned exercisers, Aqua Fit classes are a great way to stay fit. A great cardio exercise while moving to fun, upbeat music using various resistance equipment to tone and strengthen your upper body, lower body, and core.
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
