YOGA FLOW | SAT. | 9 AM | Taught by Chrissy Mitchell
Receive the 3 basic elements of yoga.
- Asanas - Poses which exercise the front, back and side equally.
- Pranayama - Control of the breath, leads to deeper breathing
- Concentration - A fundamental in yoga training. All levels welcome!
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
