Receive the 3 basic elements of yoga.
- Asanas - Poses which exercise the front, back and side equally.
- Pranayama - Control of the breath, leads to deeper breathing
- Concentration - A fundamental in yoga training

Erin Finn's passion lies at the core of Health + Wellness. Since surviving cancer seven years ago, she has been a student of yoga practice and seen firsthand the benefits it provides. She is a mother of four daughters, five dogs, and a grandmother to six children.
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; 12 HOUR CANCELLATION***
*Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 12 hour timeframe will be charged in full.*
