Tai Chi Easy is a mind, body exercise that consists of slow, careful flowing movements without strain to strengthen the body's own healing and medically proven to support disease prevention and reduce stress. The Tai Chi Easy method is designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages. It's a wellness practice which come from Chinese healing. Philosophically, Tai Chi is a form of Qigong involving movement which works to improve the immune system. Tai Chi Easy practice is easy-to-learn, easy-to-do-movements, beneficial & fun! Participants do not need to devote years to learning the traditional 108 (24, 36, 42 movements) form. Enjoy all of the health benefits from Tai Chi Easy!
The Four Components of Tai Chi Easy:
1. Mindful Movements - Gentle exercises that move, relax, stretch the body, and increase balance and coordination.
2. Breathing Practices - Increases circulation, energy and enhances the body's natural healing process.
3. Self-Applied Massage - Stimulates energy and circulation flow throughout the whole body.
4. Meditation - Relaxes the body, centers the mind, calms the emotions.
