STRETCH + FIT | TUES. 8:30 AM | Taught by Denise Medina
Work all muscle groups with a variety of stretching, strengthening, and conditioning exercises. This athletic-based sculpting class tones upper and lower body using resistance like hand weights, barre and your own body weight. All-Levels are welcomed.
Denise specializes in Pilates and has her PMA level 1, CrossFit and KB strength training certification. She is currently working towards her AFFA personal training and is excited to help others in movement and flexibility. Her passion for fitness stems from her own personal struggles from going through open heart surgery in 2005, when diagnosed with MG (Myasthenia Gravis). She has a gift of helping others find there way to a better way of living through movement and positive thinking.
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; 12 HOUR CANCELLATION***
*Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 12 hour timeframe will be charged in full.*
