Kelly Lovegrove is a NASM-CPT & PN1 Nutrition Coach. For over 7 years, Kelly has been training people of all fitness levels with her combination of Strength Training & HIIT workouts. Kelly creates movements & workouts that build muscle, burn fat, increase performance, agility, and endurance, as well as overall cardiovascular health and wellness.
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
