Each week this class will alternate between lower body + upper body workout sessions designed to ignite your leg muscles, glutes and lower core throughout a dynamic blend of exercises. A comprehensive workout targeting your arms, shoulders, chest + core. Sculpt + strengthen your upper body with expert guidance in a motivating group setting. ***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
