This class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered!
Hi everyone, my name is JoJo! I'm a Cycling, Pilates, HIIT, Barre, Yin and Yoga instructor. When I first began my journey with fitness years ago, I was anything but the picture of health. I was battling depression and was very, very skinny due to not eating. I decided to do something about it and immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. Learning about the benefits of Yoga and HIIT entirely transformed my mentality and body. What I enjoy the most about it is that there's minimal or even NO equipment required and you can do it anytime and anywhere. I care deeply about the students/members, and there's nothing more valuable to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I realize how being unhealthy affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits, fun and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I'm here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey to becoming your best YOU.

*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
