Hiking Club October Meet Up

SONORAN TRAIL LOOP @ THE WHITE TANK MOUNTAINS

Saturday, October 1 | 7:00 AM | Meet at Tennis Courts

Looks like it will be another warm and beautiful day for our first hike of the season. We will meet at the club tennis courts at 7 AM and then head to the park at 7:10 AM. If you plan to meet at the for park, be at the Sonoran Competitive Loop parking lot by the trailhead sign around 7:20 AM.

This is a mixed-use trail for bikers and hikers with nice views. The trail is on the North side of the park and follows along the foot of the mountains for ~3 miles then loops back to the trailhead. The total distance is around 6 miles and takes about two hours. It will be warm so bring a couple liters of water and wear sturdy shoes. Please RSVP HERE if you would like to join us.
