The hike is in the northern section of the Phoenix Sonoran Preserve, starting from the Apache Wash Trailhead, 1600 E Sonoran Desert Drive. Great opportunity to see the hot air balloons.

We will hike in a counter clockwise loop. From the trailhead, we will take Sidewinder, cut across on Ridgeback and head back to the trailhead via Ocotillo.
