GREATEST HIITs
GREATEST HIITs | FRI. 8 AM | Taught by Denise Medina
Have fun in this class while moving to themed music each week. This format is a series of drills set to music including shadow boxing, various types of kicks, push-ups, jump rope, jumping jacks, shuffling, and punching/kicking combinations. All levels welcome!
Denise specializes in Pilates and has her PMA level 1, CrossFit and KB strength training certification. She is currently working towards her AFFA personal training and is excited to help others in movement and flexibility. Her passion for fitness stems from her own personal struggles from going through open heart surgery in 2005, when diagnosed with MG (Myasthenia Gravis). She has a gift of helping others find their way to a better way of living through movement and positive thinking.
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
