Stretch to live! F2P is designed specifically for the golfer + racquet sports player to improve their strength, posture, balance and flexibility. Each component forms an integral part in helping the player achieve more stamina throughout golf and sports specific exercises and stretches. All levels welcome!
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
