Stretch to live! F2B is designed specifically for the golfer + racquet sports player to improve their strength, posture, balance and flexibility. Each component forms an integral part in helping the player achieve more stamina throughout golf and sports specific exercises and stretches. All levels welcome!
Kathy is a lifetime resident of AZ, since 5 months old. She attended schools in Glendale AZ and college at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She has always had an interest in sports and participated in a variety of them. Golf became the main sport of participation which provided an opportunity to play on the U of A Women's Golf Team for 4 years. After college, she played on several golf mini tours, and also worked as an instructor in a couple of golf schools in the country. She enjoys golf because it is a game of a lifetime, but she enjoy fitness because it helps you to do what you love better and for longer.
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
