Work at your own pace in this instructor led Boot Camp. B-Fit Boot Camp classes combine cardiovascular exercises with strength training for a full body workout. Alternating between high and low intensity exercises will challenge your body and get your heart pumping. All fitness levels welcome!
***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY***
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
