Come and enjoy low impact cardio and strength routines in the water! All ages and swim abilities welcome; full submersion is not required. Participants should bring water and wear a hat and sunscreen; dedicated 'water shoes' are recommended (gentle reminder - street shoes are not permitted in the pool)
Kelly Lovegrove is a NASM-CPT & PN1Nutrition Coach. For over 7 years, Kelly has been training people of all fitness levels with her combination of Strength Training & HIIT workouts. Kelly creates movements & workouts that build muscle, burn fat, increase performance, agility, and endurance, as well as overall cardiovascular health and wellness. Aqua Fit is a great way to exercise on a warm summer morning in the desert....join me for fun in the sun at our beautiful pool!

*Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. members who cancel within the 12 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
