Sterling Grove Community Association will hold the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members electronically, via Zoom Webinar on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. The meeting will start at 6 PM. The purpose of this Annual Meeting is to introduce your Board of Directors and Management/Lifestyle Team Members from Toll Brothers, CCMC and Troon and provide an overview of past year accomplishments, financial report and a Developer update.

As the community remains under declarant control, per Article 3, Section 1 of the Bylaws there will be no elections of resident Board of Directors members at this time. Please refer to the AGENDA HERE for information on the meeting. Additionally, community and vendor partners have donated several prizes that will be given away during the meeting.

Registrations will be accepted no later than Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 5 pm. This membership meeting is open to current owners. Once your information is received and verified you will receive an email with the link, the week of the meeting.
